HIGHGRAND RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Conditions :
🕒 RETURN WINDOW — 3 DAYS ONLY
To maintain hygiene and ensure fairness, all return and exchange requests must be raised within 3 days of product delivery. Any requests beyond this period will not be accepted. We recommend checking your items immediately upon arrival.
📦 RETURN CONDITIONS — STRICTLY ENFORCED
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
The product must be in its original condition — unused, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
No perfume, no stains, no signs of wear. Items showing any of these will be rejected immediately.
Returns are allowed only for damaged, defective, or wrong items sent by Highgrand.
Products purchased during clearance, discount sales, or customized items (e.g. with names or custom designs) are non-returnable.
If your product was torn on delivery — we offer a small money-back guarantee. Just share the opening video or clear images within 24 hours.
🚫 RETURNS NOT ACCEPTED IN THE FOLLOWING CASES:
Product has been worn, washed, or altered in any way.
Tags or packaging are missing or tampered with.
Return request made after the 3-day window.
Damages caused by improper care or handling by the customer.
Orders placed via Cash on Delivery and rejected repeatedly.
Excessive returns from the same customer (we monitor misuse).
🔄 EXCHANGE POLICY — IF SIZE DOESN’T FIT
If the size doesn’t fit, we’re happy to offer an exchange provided stock is available.
You can exchange for the same product in a different size.
Exchange requests must also follow the 3-day window.
Products will be picked up (if eligible) and new size shipped after quality check.
Pickup charges and re-shipping costs are to be borne by the customer, unless the item was incorrect or damaged from our end.
💵 REFUND POLICY — SIMPLE & TRANSPARENT
We believe in keeping it clear:
Prepaid orders will be refunded to the original payment method or converted to store credit, based on your preference.
COD (Cash on Delivery) orders are only eligible for store credit, valid for your next purchase.
Refunds are processed only after the returned product passes our internal quality check.
This process may take 5–7 business days after the product reaches us.
📧 HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE?
We’ve made it easy. Just follow these simple steps:
Email us at admin@highgrand.in within 3 days of receiving your order.
Mention your Order ID, a clear reason for return, and attach photos of the item (front, tags, issue area).
Our team will review and get back within 24–48 hours with further instructions.

Highgrand reserves full rights to accept or reject any return request based on our internal assessment. Our policy is built to protect genuine customers and discourage policy misuse.
